1. Why do you require an 8-week minimum?
Consistency is key for both rest and routine; an 8-week minimum allows enough time to see meaningful progress and to give you stable support, rather than stop‑start care.
2. What happens on the video consultation?
We review your baby’s due date, your main concerns, and your ideal schedule, then walk through the packages, pricing, and next steps.
3. Can we change packages later?
Package changes are handled case by case and depend on schedule availability; this is something we can plan together on your consultation call.
4. What does a typical overnight visit include?
Each night includes hands-on newborn care such as feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, and safe sleep monitoring, plus a brief update so you know how the night went.
5. Do you rest while the baby is sleeping?
Yes. The specialist rests when your baby sleeps, staying close by and responsive to any waking or feeding needs so both your family and your caregiver can function well.
6. Can you support breastfeeding, pumping, or formula feeding?
Support is provided for your preferred feeding plan, whether that means bringing baby to you to nurse, preparing bottles, handling paced bottle feeds, or cleaning pump parts.
7. Are you able to work with twins or premature babies?
Yes in many cases; experience with multiples and preemies can be discussed during your consultation to ensure the right level of support and any special considerations.
8. How far in advance should we book our start date?
